Sreerosh Beach Villa

This is an Exotic Beach House, First property on the beach having fantastic sea views from The Living, Dining & from the Bedrooms. This Villa has a party area in the ground floor. The 1st floor is having Living room merged with Swimming pool deck & an infinity pool with sea view. The kitchen is having facilities like Washing Machine, Dish Washer etc. This is a fantastic holiday home. Party area is available on the Ground floor @ an extra cost subject to availability.

The space

The spectacular beach villa overlooking the beach comprises of comfortable living space to create an exclusive beach side retreat.A property just a minute walk from the beach is an ideal place for family and for those who prefer the quietness of nature.

Enjoy the privacy of a home with facilities of a beach resort as you swim in your own private pool or take a dip at the beach right up front.All the rooms features an impressive view of the sea and provided a perfect balance between indoor and outdoor living.

Other things to note

  • 100% Payment has to be made to confirm the booking.
  • The Management does not take responsibility for the loss of valuables left inside the room.
  • Pets not allowed in the premises unless otherwise permitted.
  • Any type of illegal activities not allowed anywhere on the property.
  • Any breakage or damage we will charge as per price list available with supervisor. Please note the price quoted by us will stand as final and also we will be doing the works. We don’t allow any 3rd party from the customer side for doing any rectification/repair works.
  • If catering is done at site, removal of all wastage is the clients scope.Washing is allowed only in the specified areas.
  • Internet should be used only for legal purpose and not for any illegal purpose.
  • Spitting not allowed in any common areas.
  • Smoking not allowed inside the building.
  • Wastage has to be put only in trash / Bins.
  • Consumption of alcohol is allowed inside the building only.
  • Lawn should be carefully used without damaging.
  • Furniture/Fixtures should not be moved.
  • Cooking is not allowed. Generally We will provide basic complimentary breakfast on selected bookings i.e. if the number of people are below 10 people. Breakfast Timings is between 10am to 11am only.
  • Please note CCTV is there in all common areas and in Living and dining inside the property.
  • We offer 100% refund if the cancellation date is 30 days or more from the check in date. Sreerosh Beach Villa does not provide any refund if the booking date is less than 30 days. Booking dates cannot be changed after booking.
  • If any extra people coming for stay other than mentioned in booking form Rs.2,000/- per person extra will be charged or taken from security deposit.
  • Please note the check in is @ 4pm and check out @ 11am.
  • Regarding pool table Trials & Beginners are not allowed. Nap Cutting / Damage will be charged.
  • Please share id proof of all the people who are going to stay.
  • Please note decoration on infinity pool deck & lawn is strictly not allowed. Please use only party hall.
  • Security deposit will be refunded within 7 days post check out.

Infinity Pool Rules

  • The Infinity pool is open from 6.00 am to 9.00 pm.
  • Please shower before entering the pool.
  • No Diving.
  • No lifeguard on duty.
  • No running or horseplay on pool deck.
  • No spitting or blowing nose in the pool.
  • No hairpins, barrettes, jewelry or glasses.
  • Please wear proper swimwear when in the pool.
  • No food, drink, or gum anywhere in the pool area.
  • Smoking is not allowed in and around the pool area.
  • Children below 12 years are not allowed inside the Infinity pool without adult supervision.
  • Please do not use the pool, if you are under the influence of alcohol or medication.
  • In the interest of your safety & that of others, people with any skin diseases or open wounds are not permitted to use the pool.
  • Please take care of your valuables and belongings, as the management will not be liable to any loss or damage of valuable and belongings left at the pool.
